MOTHERHOOD + MOM-OWNED BUSINESS MINI SESSIONS

Hi, I’m Katie Lyke of Live Love Lyke Photography—I am an Austin-based lifestyle photographer capturing natural, joyful imagery celebrating motherhood and empowering mom-owned businesses.

I am working on a passion project to bring the heart of my business to life—this idea of how closely and beautifully motherhood and business ownership are intertwined. As a busy mom and an entrepreneur myself, I know how difficult it is to actually get in the photos with my kids AND the fulfill the constant need for fresh imagery for my own business, so I thought to myself, "what if we could do it at the same time? What if we could capture the joys of both motherhood AND business ownership in one efficient session?”

During our session, we’ll spend about 30 minutes together, with our time split between capturing authentic emotion and JOY between you and your child followed by a mini branding session celebrating the woman behind your business (that’s YOU)! I’ll even have a VERY qualified childcare provider to look after your kiddo(s) while we rock your business portraits!

These images will be used for promotion of my business, which means they’ll be featured prominently on my website and social media, so if you’re not okay with that, this experience may not be right for you.

Ideally, I’m looking for a mom with an infant 6-12 months of age and another with two girls (one under the age of 5), but I will consider any number/age/gender of kids! Moms must be willing to take styling guidance for the motherhood portion (which means you may have an excuse to purchase a new outfit!), but your wardrobe for your branding session will be completely up to you!

As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive fifteen high resolution images of your choice (with the opportunity—but absolutely no obligation—to upgrade if desired).

These questions help me to learn about you, your kiddos, and your business, so I can choose the best possible candidates to make my vision come to life, so please be honest with your answers. Once the applications have been reviewed, I will schedule quick zoom chats just to make sure that we click!
